About me
Yoga entered my life more than a decade ago and soon became an integral part of my daily life even "off the mat”. The practice taught me not to seek perfection but rather to turn my attention inward, trusting and listening myself.
After several years where I mainly practiced “dynamic yoga styles” (Vinyasa, Ashtanga), following an injury I slowed down the pace of my life. This event, which initially brought me discouragement as it affected my path, turned instead into a great opportunity for personal growth and enrichment. Therefore, out of necessity and interest, I approached functional, gentler-paced styles of yoga and to learn about and explore different breathing and meditation techniques (such as Mindfulness).
In my classes I try to offer a well-rounded practice that roots the body, frees the breath and expands the imagination. I teach mostly in Italian and English but I’m also fluent in German.
